Domestic Shipping (Australia)

 

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. "Please Note" (Christmas Island & Norfolk Island may take between 7 to 28 days - Max Weight 5kg "Over 5kg maybe shipped & priced as a separate shipment").

 

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received.

 

Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.bluebutterflyservices.com.au

Selecting ‘Authority to Leave’ at checkout, allows your goods to be left at your requested address if no one is there to physically receive them. By selecting this option, you as the buyer, are taking full responsibility if your goods go missing.  bluebutterflyservices.com.au takes no responsibility and will not be held accountable if goods go missing, if this option is selected. "Please Note" (This Option is NOT available for Christmas Island & Norfolk Island)

Selecting ‘Signature Required’ at checkout, requires you to be present when the goods are delivered. You will be required to sign for them, goods will not be left without a signature. (Required for Christmas Island & Norfolk Island)

 

Selecting this option may mean your goods will be re-delivered or taken to the closest Post Office for collection.
